Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are available within 15 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, lingerie must be tried on over your own underwear.

Discounted items, final sale products and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

The customer covers the cost of return shipping. For exchanges, the customer pays for sending the item back, and we cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

All orders are packaged in our Exclusive Packaging which includes a gift box and velvet pouch. There is also the option of adding a gift message at the checkout.
