Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you love your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or size exchange within 15 days from the date of receiving your order.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the item:

  • has not been worn, washed, used or damaged;

  • is in its original condition and packaging;

  • has all tags, labels and protective elements attached;

  • has no stains, marks, pulls, perfume, deodorant, makeup, tobacco or body odor;

  • is suitable for resale.

For hygiene reasons, lingerie must be tried on over your own underwear only. We will not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, damaged, marked or returned in unsaleable condition.

Goods purchased with discounts, final sale products and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you visually evaluated the product and realized that it does not suit you, please contact us and we will help you find the best solution.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please include your order number, the item you would like to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

All return instructions and shipping guidelines will be sent to your email after your request is approved.

Please note that any return or exchange sent without prior approval may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not provide free return labels.

For exchanges, the customer covers the cost of sending the item back to us, and we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to the customer.

Returns from multiple orders cannot be combined.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after receiving the returned item.

We cannot issue refunds to a third party or to a different payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges only for the same product, subject to availability.

If the requested replacement size is available, it will be dispatched after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If the requested size is not available, we will contact you by email to discuss the available options.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • gift cards;

  • final sale products;

  • discounted items;

  • items that have been worn, washed, used or damaged;

  • items with missing tags, labels or original packaging;

  • items marked by lipstick, deodorant, makeup or other stains;

  • items that smell of perfume, tobacco or body odor;

  • items returned in unsaleable condition.

Important Note

We care about our reputation and guarantee the quality of our products. Please check your item carefully before removing any tags or labels. Once the tags are removed, the item cannot be returned or exchanged.
