The certificate with unique code will be sent to you within 24 hours after receiving the payment. You may order an online certificate, which you will receive on your email, or a gift certificate, which will be sent to you by post in a festive envelope. The certificate can be used for online shopping. All you need to do is enter your unique code in “I have a promo code” section at the checkout. The promo code can be used only once and does not include a bonus system - you can pay the difference between full fee and certificate value. Your order will be paid in full by the certificate, if the order value is lower.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are available within 15 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, lingerie must be tried on over your own underwear.
Discounted items, final sale products and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
The customer covers the cost of return shipping. For exchanges, the customer pays for sending the item back, and we cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

All orders are packaged in our Exclusive Packaging which includes a gift box and velvet pouch. There is also the option of adding a gift message at the checkout.
Follow the care guidelines specified on each garment. Avoid rubbing, wringing, or soaking. Wash only with cold water and by hand.
