Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

According to current legislation, proper quality underwear cannot be returned or exchanged *

* According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 12.05.1991 No. 1023-XII and Addition No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 19.03.1994 No. 172 , goods of good quality that cannot be exchange (return) include underwear.

However we will accept returns within 5 days of the receipt of your order, If the product does not fit or has a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it for any other size on the same product or refund the money

Goods with discounts cannot be returned or exchanged
Return / exchange of goods is possible within 7 days after receiving the order
Return / exchange of goods is made (Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights"):
- if it has not been used
- the presentation is preserved (there are no spots, hooks, refractions and dents)
- the integrity of labels, tags, original packaging is preserved
If you have visually evaluated the product and realized that it does not suit you, let us know and we will solve the problem together

We care about our reputation. We guarantee the quality of the goods. Lingerie must be tried on with your underwear until you are sure that the product fits. Only after you decide to keep it, you can remove the labels and tags

Please ensure the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie - we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been damaged or worn

Please note:

  You should email us ( about Return within 48 hours of receiving your order

  Returns from multiple orders cannot be combined

  Any returns received in unsaleable condition will not be refunded and returned to the customer

  Any unauthorised order returned to the warehouse will be returned to the customer

  If you have received a damaged or faulty item please contact us before returning

Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receipt to allow for inspection onto the original method of payment (credit card, gift voucher or Paypal account). We cannot facilitate with refunds to a third party. You will receive an email once your order has been refunded

We only offer size exchanges on the same product. Where available, replacement items will be dispatched within 28 days. If your chosen replacement size is not in stock, you will automatically be notified by email.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards Final
  • Sale products
  • Any items found to be marked by lipstick, deodorant or makeup Items returned to us which smell of perfume, tobacco or body odor
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Intimate nature products

    Gift cards:
    Please note that gift cards are not cash refundable. Items purchased via gift card can be size exchanged, or you can be re-credited with the value.

How to return your order:

Please note!
You are required to cover any return shipping costs incurred. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If your return is not shipped out within 7-day window after it was approved, we will be forced to reject this request as well as cancel free return label that was sent to you by email

Your return will be processed within maximum 7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
